What it does

You build the menu while you have capacity, so that later — when you don't — there is nothing left to decide. Tap how much energy you have and it hands you one thing that fits. No scrolling a list, no choosing while depleted.

This is the real tool with sample data already filled in. Nothing you type is saved or sent anywhere.

How it works

  1. Build the menu once

Start from the included ideas or add your own. Each item is tagged with how long it takes and how much energy it needs.

  2. Tap your energy

Running on empty, a little, or okay. The menu only offers what actually fits that level.

  3. Take the one it gives you

It hands you a single item, not a list. Mark it done, ask for one more, or say you're good for now.

Questions about the Dopamine Menu — July 2026

Prices and product details last checked July 22, 2026.

What is a dopamine menu?

A short list of small, good, doable things written down in advance, so that when motivation is gone you are choosing from a menu instead of from nothing. The idea is popular in ADHD communities; this is a digital version you build once and keep.

Why not just keep a list in my notes app?

Because a list still asks you to choose, and choosing is the part that fails when you're depleted. This tool asks one question — how much energy have you got — and then hands you a single item that fits, rather than showing you everything.

What are the four sections?

Quick bites are 2 minute boosts. Sides make a dull task nicer. Mains go a bit deeper, around fifteen minutes. Pick-me-ups are small, kind rewards. Every item also carries an energy level so nothing unsuitable gets offered.

Do I have to write the whole menu myself?

No. It ships with starter ideas you can steal and edit, which exists specifically so an empty menu doesn't stop you. Everything is editable — it is a starting point, not a test.

Can I move my menu to another device?

Yes. Save a copy downloads your menu as a file and restore brings it back anywhere. One payment of $11.99 covers every device, with no account and no subscription.
